Program Description

Fuel Assitance helps low-income homeowners and tenants pay a portion of the cost of heat (oil, gas, electric) and rent if the heat is included in the rent. The program operates from November to April each year. Eligibile households also receive discounts on their oil, gas, electric, and telephone.
