From Route 93 N or 93 S
Exit at Route 60. Take Route 60 East, going away from Medford Square. [You are two miles away from Tri-CAP at this point.] Stay on Route 60 East (that locally becomes Salem Street, then Center Street), until intersection with Main Street [approximately 1.5 miles]. There will be a Walgreen's on your right. Turn left onto Main Street. Take first available left onto Pleasant Street (the second traffic light). Tri-CAP is located on the left, at the corner of Pleasant Street and Washington Street (approximately three blocks down from the intersection with Main Street). One-hour free municipal parking is available in a lot on the right-hand side of Pleasant Street – about a block before you reach the corner of Pleasant and Washington Streets, beside the new MA Dept. of Elementary and Secondary Education building. At the corner of Pleasant Street and Washington Street, turn left onto Washington Street South, down the hill. The building entrance is mid-way of the block, on the left-hand side of the street. Tri-CAP services are located on the second and third floors, executive offices on the first floor. See the directory in the lobby for listings. Additional one-hour on street parking is also available in the area (on Pleasant Street, Washington Street South, and Exchange Street [at the bottom of Washington Street South]). There are also two parking garages on Exchange Street.

Public Transportation
Take Orange Line toward Oak Grove. Get off at Malden Center station. Go down stairs at front of T-station. Exit building, straight ahead. In front of you (across Commercial Street) to the left will be a brick building. This is Malden Government Center (City Hall). Walk toward Government Center. There is a brick ramp to right of doors leading into Government Center. Walk up ramp (or steps), go across plaza and proceed to the right, down Pleasant Street, i.e., away from Government Center. At second intersection, corner of Pleasant Street and Washington Street, turn right onto Washington Street South, down the hill. The building entrance is midway of the block on the left-hand side of the street. Tri-CAP services are located on the second and third floors, executive offices on the first floor.
